TDP x-Ray - Help
Basic instructions
Use menu on the left to select from available local drives. You can also use Browse command in the right menu to select location from tree browser or to enter network UNC path. Drive x-Ray will scan contents of selected location for file and directory information and update the graph in the center immediately. Reading of entire disk structure can take a while, especially on large or slower disks. Information about name, size and modification time of file or directory under mouse cursor is displayed instantly in a popup box near cursor.
Mouse navigation
- Left click on directory slice to display it's contents.
- Double left click on file slice to open file in default application.
- Right click on slice to display contextual menu with available commands (open/explore/recycle/...)
- Roll mouse wheel to navigate the disk structure (forward - go into directory under cursor, back - return to parent directory)
